The sophisticated color scheme of the walls and the lighting create a harmonious interplay, highlighting the presence of Miyazaki beef and transforming the space into a dignified and tranquil environment.

The ingredients cooked on the griddle are like the stars of the show. The live experience of watching the ingredients transform into a dish right before your eyes gives you a sense of the very essence of food.

The entrance now features a modern Japanese mural by Ken Matsubara and a bar counter that can also be used as a waiting area. Even the waiting time is transformed into a refined experience.

The teppanyaki counter area is unified with a dark brown color scheme. The lighting, carefully designed to spotlight the ingredients, further enhances the beauty and power of the dishes.

ART
RAN

"Ran" means a series of waves with their crests lined up.
This work was created with the motif of crashing waves, incorporating the composition of Yamato-e, one of the stylistic concepts of Japanese painting, and the decorative qualities seen in the Rinpa school, a decorative art that has been passed down since the late Momoyama period.

A one-of-a-kind vessel born from the land of Miyazaki
Unique tableware born from the land of Miyazaki.

Even the tableware that adorns the dishes has a story unique to Miyazaki.

Some of the tableware used at Fukami is made with "Mitsumata Tenmoku glaze" by Morichika Yamashita of Shiroku Kiln.
Pyroclastic flow deposits collected from the riverbed of Mimata Town are recycled as glaze, and the silvery crystals that appear during firing create a landscape reminiscent of a universe shining with stars.

Enjoy a teppanyaki experience with tableware that holds the memories of the Earth.
