It's not just about being delicious; we want you to experience small surprises and discoveries with every bite.
Even familiar dishes are given a unique touch that only Fukami can provide.

Miyazaki Beef: A Food that Captivates Many People
The smooth-textured red meat and finely textured, beautifully marbling have a rich, mellow flavor that melts in your mouth. Miyazaki beef has won the highest award, the Prime Minister's Award, four times in a row at the National Wagyu Beef Competition, which is held every five years and is also known as the Olympics of Wagyu beef, making it a symbol of Miyazaki's rich cuisine.
Miyazaki beef fascinates many people, including Brooks Koepka, who won Dunlop Phoenix Tournament back-to-back in 2016 and 2017. He purchased an additional refrigerator so he could take home the entire head of Miyazaki beef he received as a prize. During the tournament, he ate at Teppanyaki "FUKAMI" almost every day, and on his best days, he ate an amazing 1kg of it. He even eats the specialty dish, Miyazaki Beef Bowl, almost every day at PHOENIX COUNTRY CLUB, and each store has a "Koepka Seat" with a special plate embedded in it.

Nakanishi Premium Special Wagyu Beef
We have prepared "Nakanishi Premier Special Wagyu," a premium beef produced at Nishinohara Ranch in Kobayashi City, Miyazaki Prefecture.
Nakanishi Wagyu beef is raised with meticulous care in a warm climate and lush green land, nourished by the mineral-rich groundwater that springs from the Kirishima mountain range. The entire process, from breeding to fattening, is managed in-house, and the cattle are fed an original feed blend containing beer lees and mirin lees. The result is meat that is not overpowering, light, yet full-bodied. The goal is always to produce the highest quality beef.
*We only receive one animal per month, so quantities are limited.
■Price: Fillet (100g) 15,000 yen, Loin (100g) 12,000 yen
